3. STRUCTURE

(1) heating unit: oven and heater;

(2) embossing unit: vacuum embossing box, air stroage box and vacuum pump;

(3) control unit: infrared tester; heating control switch; temperature adjuster; vacuum pump control switch; vacuum negative pressure adjuster;

4. OPERATION STEPS

(1) take the leather material at the size of about 30cm×40cm as the plate size; put in the centre of the oven.

(2) turn on the heating switch; set the heating temperature.

(3) open the vacuum box; put the ceramic plate into the box.

(4) when the leather material temperature achieves what is set before, cover the ceramic plate with the leather material quickly.

(5) turn on the vacuum pump switch; adjust the embossing time to 2-5 seconds.

(6) check the grain effects of the leather material carefully; adjust the heating temperature or embossing time in time to achieve the best effect.

(7) when the embossing finishes, take out the ceramic plate carefully.
